The criminal legal service team of CIC consists of several
criminal attorneys both theoretically and practically experienced and skilled
in dealing with criminal law related cases, some of who had worked in senior
legal job positions at governmental and judicial authorities for years before
entering CIC. In the past, our criminal attorneys have been hired for a number
of significant cases.
Our legal services in this area include:
Reporting or accusing of acts in contrary to criminal laws,
on behalf of clients
Providing legal support for suspects being investigated
Defending suspects in pending trial
Representing victims in criminal proceedings and criminal
incidental civil actions
Representing clients in appeals of criminal cases and other
criminal law related activities
